Parents with ADHD require different type of coaching due to additional layers of responsibilities, juggling multiple roles, and time commitments. Let’s teach you the skills to balance your valued time, work, and family.
ADHD Coaching
Is a fit for you if the lack of organization and emotion regulation skills are holding you back

Focuses on the present and what we can do about this vs how does your past impact your present
does not treat trauma, depression, family issues, eating disorders and other clinical conditions. If these conditions are impacting your life along with ADHD, I urge you to seek therapy alongside ADHD coaching.

Shares a lot in common with coaching except it also processes and treats the emotional aspects and impact of ADHD in your past and present and relationships
Can treat other co-occurring clinical issues in ADHD as long as it is seen through an ADHD lens. My other specialties include OCD and perfectionism. Other conditions besides these are outside my scope and will refer to other specialists.
