Insurance Info

I am an out-of-network provider licensed in Pennsylvania. For Pennsylvania residents, I can provide an invoice for insurance reimbursement but it is not a guarantee. See the process below to find out if your insurance covers the cost. ADHD coaching and therapy for non-Pennsylvania residents is not covered by insurance.

Telehealth

  • Telehealth or virtual sessions for both therapy and coaching

  • Adults over 18 only

Insurance Info Checklist

Here’s the checklist 📝 to find out if your insurance covers psychotherapy services. For Pennsylvania residents only.

✅ Grab your health insurance ID 🪪 or information.

✅ Call the ☎️ number on the ID or go to their website. Ask if your health insurance company provides coverage for out-of-network providers. I am an out of network provider meaning I do not accept insurance.

✅ Provide CPT (current procedural terminology) and/or POS (place of service) codes, if requested. CPT for 45 minute psychotherapy is 90834. POS is 10 for telehealth in patient’s home.

✅ If they cover the cost, schedule a phone consultation.

  • Schedule a phone consultation with me to see if we’re a fit.

  • Receive a link to your client portal. Complete and submit the intake documents. Payment for the first session is required to secure your slot.

  • We will review your current challenges, goals, and how we can approach your therapy and coaching together.

  • We meet weekly for more consistent and faster results.

  • No penalty for cancellations with at least 24-hours notice. Less than 24-hours notice or no-shows will be charged the full session fee as a penalty.
